My name is Kimberly Solimine, I have a associate's degree in agriculture business. I've been passionate about rescue since I could think my mother groomed dogs ( the groomers edge in ash flat) so I've always been with dogs. My mother and father passed away when I was 10 and 11. So as soon as I could drive I started volunteering at an animal shelter where I became SUPER close and looked up to the most amazing woman I now call my mother in-law. I volunteered with her till I moved to Washington state where I got my license to groom dogs. I then moved back home married my best friend, went to college, had my own business, had kids, until this year where I decided to take the leap and do what I was truly passionate about ...... Animal rescue.
Now here at second chance rescue my husband is a huge help with his background as an animal control officer he can do just about anything. We don't have a specifics on dogs. If they need help we will be there to rescue them. I have my amazing mother in law who has been doing rescue since 92' (the year I was born) backing me and showing me the ropes. We own 12 acres and do have a lot fenced in so I am capable of helping farm animals as well. funds at this point are all on us and what you as the community can help us with. I really appreciate all the support everyone has showed us so far and I look forward to growing here.
